Contest Rules and Regulations
- Eligibility: Anyone over the age of 18 and a resident of Vancouver Island. *Current employees are ineligible.
- Entry: To enter the giveaway, one must complete filling out the entry form. Each individual is allowed only one entry. By completing the entry form you agree to electronic communications from Galaxy Motors.
- Deadline: The giveaway entry period will begin on Friday, June 2nd th at 8:30 am and end on Friday, September 1st at 6:00 pm. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
- Prize: The prize(s) for the giveaway will be detail package or oil change. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
- Winner Selection: The winner(s) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The odds of winning vary based on the number of entries. The winner will be announced on our social media platforms no later than September 4th.
- Claiming the Prize: The winner will be required to pick up their prize at Galaxy Motors Langford in person and agrees to have their name/photo posted. If the winner fails to claim the prize within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Taxes and Fees: The winner will be responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the prize, as per local regulations. It is recommended that the winner consult with a tax professional regarding any tax obligations.
- Compliance: By participating in the giveaway, individuals agree to comply with these rules and the decisions of the giveaway organizers, which are final and binding in all respects.
- Liability: Galaxy Motors and its employees shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by participants or winners during or as a result of the giveaway.
- Modifications: Galaxy Motors reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances or any other reason deemed necessary. Any changes to the giveaway will be communicated to participants through appropriate channels.
